Marking and spoken feedback
Mark the paper, then talk the student through it.
hablaa.me finds the lines in a student's lab report that answer each part of your rubric. You check them and set the mark. Then you record what you would say at the student's desk, and the student opens it on a private page.
Analysis, paragraph 2
As the wire got longer the current fell, so resistance increased in proportion to length, which matches R = ρL/A. One reading at 60 cm did not fit the trend.
How it works
The AI finds the evidence
For each part of the rubric, the AI quotes the lines that meet it and proposes a level. Code recalculates the student's numbers.
You set the mark
You read the quoted lines and choose the level. When your level differs from the AI's, your reason can become a ruling, and you decide whether the AI follows it.
You record feedback
You record what you would say, by voice or video, and AssemblyAI writes it out. The student can guess each level before seeing yours. A student opens their feedback through a private link.
Your marks and your students' work
- You set every level
- A level counts only after you choose it.
- Names stay hidden
- While you mark, you see a pseudonym and the AI sees a code. You reveal names one class at a time.
- Where the work goes
- Papers, marks and recordings stay on the computer that runs hablaa.me. Claude, Anthropic's AI, reads each paper, and AssemblyAI writes out each recording.
